About Blue Heron Lymphatic Massage

Gratitude describes how I feel about this work and my healing practice. I have spent a lifetime in the healing arts as; a geriatric caregiver, a dental assistant, in skincare, then an RN. I have worked in hospitals and nursing homes for over 20 years. In February of 2008 I received my massage license and practiced as both a nurse and a massage therapist. Then in 2017 my practice blossomed and I was ready to let go of my nursing practice, focusing my energies on Portland Oregon which was sold in 2025 in order to return home to the southern climes of the Willamette Valley

Before becoming a massage therapist, I sought bodywork for chronic pain and illness and discovered for myself that bodywork reboots the nervous system, restores and heals the body quieting the mind within. This experience has given me the insight and empathy to address chronic issues in others.
